BEYOND THOUGHTS

Relationships are very precious, but unfortunately, they are mainly taken for granted. In my today's blog will share my thoughts on those relations which I experienced very closely and also about my feelings for those. We should let out our feelings for our loved ones. Do you agree? So let's start with the purest, beautiful, selfless, and my very favorite relationship. And that is for sure of parents. This relationship is very close to my heart. I experienced it very little due to death of my both parents in my that age when I needed them most and also after that age still I feel that the biggest loophole in my life is the absence of my parents.   If I talk about separately for MAA and ABBU both have their own importance. On my previous blog post I talked about two things, firstly about depression and secondly "log kya kahein gai" (what will people say about this). Today I will only be focusing on depression and to be a more specific mental illness. In layman language whenever we tell someone that I am mental will they don't take a second and put the label "tum Pagal ho" (you've gone mad).   That's so sad and harsh reality of our society and which makes me sadder that very well educated people are not aware of it and if they are, that themselves fear about talking mental illness. What exactly is mental illness? Tension? NO. Mental illness is the very complete fatal disease that if untreated properly can also lead to death. And in 2018 we are witnessing many deaths. DEPRESSION? DEPRESSION. The word depression is taken so lightly that whenever someone says I might have depression we consider "koe tension hai khatam hojaye gi"(it's an ordinary tension). But NO. Depression is something as real as cancer. What if we can't see it as we see cancer patients going through physical pain. It is not a small matter that  it should be overlooked. In my point of view we don't talk about our thoughts which we fear about and that turns out into depression. Agree? We think too much of " log kya kahain gai?"(what will people say about this?) I mean f**k them. For how long we will care about them and not ourselves? Do whatever you feel right. It's not that you should do everything blindly but at least listen to your heart, ALLAH has made it for some purpose so fulfill that purpose. Use your brain for your decisions not others.
